Do we need new software?

No new software by default. The build uses Google Workspace, WhatsApp Business, and simple tracking unless there is a clear reason to work around an existing tool.

Is this social media management?

No. It may clean up social CTAs and bridge messages, but it does not include posting calendars, community management, or content production.

Is this paid ads?

No. Lead Flow Fix does not promise more traffic. It improves what happens after people already reach out.

What if we already have a CRM?

If it genuinely works, we work around it. If it is part of the mess, the build focuses on the simplest reliable path first.

Do you take control of our accounts?

No. Access is handled only where needed for setup, review, or handover. The business keeps ownership of its accounts.

What happens if staff do not use it after handover?

The handover, recording, cheat sheet, and aftercare reduce that risk. Still, the owner or manager has to support the new way of handling messages.

What if we cancel before kickoff?

Pre-kickoff cancellation by the client receives a deposit refund minus a J$10,000 admin fee. Other refund scenarios are handled in writing against the agreed terms.
